Identity & Access Management Specialist A role in (Identity and) Access Management (IAM) with Oracle involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle IDAM solutions (mainly OAM) to secure access to applications, manage user lifecycles, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include system administration, technical support, integration with other systems, and enforcement of security policies. Positions range from IAM Administrator to Engineer or Consultant, requiring skills in governance, provisioning, authentication (SSO), and role management. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Architecture: Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle IDAM solutions (OIM, OAM, OCI Identity Domains).Administration & Support: Manage IDAM environments, monitor performance, and resolve user access issues.Security & Compliance: Define and enforce security policies, manage roles and access rights (RBAC), and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, SoD) for Oracle and all business applications.Business Application License Management.Primary point of contact for internal and external IT audits.Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-premises applications using APIs (REST) and connectors.Lifecycle Management: Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and the lifecycle of identities and entitlements.Documentation & Procedures: Develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and document access configurations. Required Skills Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) a must (at least 7 y of seniority in a similar role) and with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) nice to haveOracle product license management.Participation in audits.Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and the Least Privilege model.Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, multi-factor authentication, RBAC).Knowledge of LDAP directories (Oracle Unified Directory).Scripting and API (REST) skills.Consulting experience and familiarity with Oracle methodologies.
