The ERP Product Line & EMEA BRM, is a senior global IT executive accountable for the strategy, governance, and performance of Vertiv’s ERP platforms while serving as the strategic IT partner to the EMEA business leadership. Globally, this leader defines and executes the ERP roadmap—modernizing platforms, driving standardization, and ensuring ERP delivers measurable business value. Regionally, as BRM for EMEA, the role ensures alignment of global IT capabilities with business priorities, maximizes value realization, and represents EMEA needs into global IT decision-making. What kind of work will you be doing? Define and execute the global ERP product line strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, global standards, and Vertiv’s product-centric IT model. Provide executive leadership to global and regional ERP teams, driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across regions. Lead ERP modernization and simplification, adopting composable, modular, and cloud-ready approaches to enable scalable, future-proof solutions. Oversee ERP governance, compliance (SOX), and data integrity, ensuring effective change control and risk management. Act as the strategic IT partner for EMEA leadership, ensuring ERP and other global platforms deliver business value and are aligned with regional priorities. R
