THE POSITION Reporting to the Team Manager, the Scientist USP will be responsible for the realization of development work packages (focused on the USP part) within a group of the Biologics Development Center (Process Development & Optimization or Characterization & Commercial Readiness). For this position, we are looking for a motivated candidate with excellent technical and communication skills that has performed experiments related to purification of biologics. The candidate must have demonstrated these past technical capabilities on these topics and team player behavior. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – Execution, documentation and analysis of process development studies (USP focused) within the scope of work packages for clients or internal initiatives. A strong commitment in the laboratory is expected – Operate instruments such as bench top bioreactors, wave bioreactors, automated small-scale bioreactors (i.e. ambr250), ATF filtration devices, cell counters and metabolite analyzers – Collaboration and daily exchanges between different teams and functions such as Biologics Development Center departments or manufacturing facility – Participate in the assessment, implementation and transfer of state-of-the-art technologies for the production of biologics – Participate in ensuring that good laboratory pra
