THE POSITION The HR Services Specialist provides essential administrative support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners at Celonic AG throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to off-boarding. Key responsibilities include processing employee data and contract changes, managing time tracking and absences, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining HR databases. This role also supports the implementation of HR policies and process improvements, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal regulations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative HR support throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring to off-boarding. THE POSITION As the Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d), you will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations.
