Key Responsibilities Advising and selling our range of accommodation. Emailing and telephoning with clients prior to arrival and handling their requests. Liaising with agents and other third parties. Managing daily closing procedures. Assisting with company administration, bookings, and office organization. Your Profile Experience in hotel reception or back office is desirable. Excellent German and English language skills (French or other languages are a plus). Friendly, professional demeanor and strong service orientation. Independent, reliable, and structured work style. Enjoyment of working in a small, close-knit team. Good knowledge of Zermatt and enthusiasm for the region. Experience with PMS systems. Confident and proficient use of web applications and Office Software. What We Offer Permanent, year-round position.
