Your TasksAcquisition and support of new customers, partners, installers, specialist dealers, resellers, and electrical/security planners in the assigned sales area (D/F)Maintenance, support, and expansion of existing customers as well as strategic development of trade relationships – especially in the German-speaking or French-speaking part of SwitzerlandPersonal and telephone customer support as well as consulting on security technology solutions for trade products in security technology around the doorNeeds assessment and creation of individual security technology concepts for customer projectsPreparation and follow-up of offers, including offer calculations, pricing, and tenders via platformsOrder entry and processing in the ERP systemSupport of customers with technical inquiries in close cooperation with the inside sales teamParticipation in product demonstrations, events, roadshows, and sales training with customers and stakeholdersOrganization and execution of product training internally and externallyCreation of statistics, market analyses, customer
