About the Role At Pomoca, we are excited to announce the implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) in March 2025. The focus during the first year will be on finance, commerce, and payroll, with a complete roll-out of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) anticipated in 2026. You will be pivotal in leading the full implementation of MRP, ensuring enhanced data quality, correct settings, and streamlined processes for its success. Your role will encompass optimizing purchasing planning, logistics flows, and production scheduling processes to maximize efficiency in manufacturing, logistics, and procurement. Your main points of contact will include purchasing, logistics, and production scheduling teams. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Understand the MRP logic of Business Central and all its parameters. Configure MRP to yield optimal results tailored to the company's needs. Ensure data quality and structure of the item Master Data (including bill of materials and routings) for effective MRP functionality. Execute and manage the MRP process in the ERP system to generate purchase and production orders based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and stock levels. Analyze material availability and propose measures to prevent shortages or excess stock. Monitor and maintain relevant master data for planning, including lead times, sa
