The Role We need a hard worker and curious, independent thinker to join our European Small/Mid-Cap (SMID) and Swiss Equities team. You’ll be hunting for high-quality companies - the kind that don't make the front page of the FT but have the potential to compound for a decade. What you’ll actually do: • Deep Primary Research: Go beyond the consensus. Turn raw data into a high-conviction investment thesis. Talk to management, customers, and competitors. While we focus on SMID, we value the ability to connect dots across different sectors and geographies. This is the "glory" part of the job, but we are a small, lean team: • The "Un-glamorous": We expect you to handle the hard work that keeps the lights on – execution, admin, and compliance – with the same intensity and precision as your stock pitches.
