The successful candidate will provide support to the Operations team by ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of administrative tasks; as well as managing the logistical aspects of deliveries, shipments, and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Manage logistical aspects of deliveries, shipments, and inventory control.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Create and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and other operations activities.
Provide customer service and support to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise.
